Be Used Up Before You Leave This World ..

33 Days Before the Big 40 Rolls in and I’m setting a new mission.

I will be completely used up by the time I exit this world.

Days ago I was having a little 40 meltdown wondering what I have achieved and feeling “Not finished” in many ways. Sounds okay, not that dramatic but I had myself feeling like I was all out of time.

Today I am reminded that time is my biggest asset, and I still have hopefully another 40–50 years of it – I’ve I’m lucky.

Or maybe I have tomorrow – none of us know but if we fill each day with curiosity, patience, tenacity, conviction, kind candor and the other ingredients of life – even if tomorrow was our last, we would leave feeling content with how life panned out.

We don’t know how much time we have left, but let’s not waste it obsessing over the smallest, over the past, over our mistakes, over our regrets. Let’s not waste it watching others, watching Netflix, sleeping and house work, solving everyone’s problems.

Instead let’s explore what we are curious about. Let’s have coffee and connect. Let’s take the kids out for the day. Let’s hike and see waterfalls, let’s sell and release all we are harbouring – physical and spiritual.

Allow yourself to be vulnerable to new things. Move for health because you need your health. Eat good food to help energise you than flatten you. Keep space with anyone who does not appreciate your time and be okay that they don’t, there are many that do.

Life is happening and it’s not too late to create and live the life you have been longing for. Make the decision to turn the corner and live whole heartedly ❤️
